Led by Dhyan Jaijeet Kaur & Seva Simran.Early morning practice in the Amrit Vela (the 2.5 hours before the rising sun) is the most potent practice time. Aquarian Sadhana consists of Japji recitation, Kundalini Yoga kriya, and 62 minutes of mantra meditation.
Last Saturday of the month, join us for a profoundly transformative 2.5-hour meditation practice.
Basic Aquarian Sadhana Routine:
Japji Sahib 4:30am-4:50am
Kundalini Yoga kriya 4:50am-5:50am
Sadhana Mantras 5:50am-7:00am

90-minute Prenatal Kundalini experience of Breath, Yoga, and Mantra. All trimesters welcome—last Saturday of the month, 10:00-11:30 a.m.

Recommendations for your Kundalini Yoga experience:
Practice Kundalini Yoga, preferably with an empty stomach
Choose cozy clothes made of natural fibers (cotton, linen, hemp, etc.)
A water bottle at hand is always a good idea
Respect the sacred space of the class: all phones should be in flight mode or turned off.
